Service Billing Coordinator

Job Description

The Service Billing Coordinator will provide accurate and timely processing of internal service department paperwork. At some locations, they also may be asked to answer incoming phone calls and perform other administrative assistant-type tasks. They will provide Unprecedented Customer Service Of the Highest Quality and Personal Integrity.


  • Reports to Service Manager and maintains a close working relationship with Accounting Department, Parts Department Staff, Customer Service Sales Staff, Shop and Road Technicians, and other Office Personnel.
  • Follows all ToyotaLift Northeast policies and procedures
  • Assists in answering incoming calls
  • Review and process technician write-ups on a daily basis, ensures all work orders requiring CSS attention are forwarded in a timely manner to the proper personnel
  • Interface with Toyota Warranty Department and ToyotaLift Warranty Administrator to ensure warranty claims are submitted properly and with supporting documentation

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of Industrial Equipment a plus
  • Ability to Maintain Proper Phone Etiquette
