Account Support Specialist

Job Description

ToyotaLift Northeast is a leading supplier of material handling equipment. We are looking for a career-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team. As an Account Support Specialist, you will perform integral administrative support functions for the equipment sales department.

Responsibilities:

  • Calculations for lease financing
  • Placing orders with manufacturers and tracking those orders
  • Maintaining inventory control over equipment
  • Completing reports for sales statistics
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Billing and processing lease finance documents
  • Invoicing customers for sold new and used equipment

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Considerable experience with Excel and Word
  • Experience working with calculations for lease financing
  • Minimum of Associates Degree required
