Job Description
ToyotaLift Northeast is a leading supplier of material handling equipment. We are looking for a career-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team. As an Account Support Specialist, you will perform integral administrative support functions for the equipment sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Calculations for lease financing
- Placing orders with manufacturers and tracking those orders
- Maintaining inventory control over equipment
- Completing reports for sales statistics
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Billing and processing lease finance documents
- Invoicing customers for sold new and used equipment
Work Experience Requirements:
- Considerable experience with Excel and Word
- Experience working with calculations for lease financing
- Minimum of Associates Degree required
